AI Implementation Workshop for Consultants and Professionals

The AI systems you build need features that are not available in free AI models. You will need the first paid level, usually $20/month. This level will give your AI systems access to data retrieval and methods unavailable in the free models. 

The AI to ROI Sprints use prompts and RAG (data access methods) in OpenAI ChatGPT and in Anthropic Claude. These same features are available in most AI models.

Most AI models understand the same prompts, settings, and file types .md, DOCX, CVX, and PDF files used in the sprints and documentation. If you have questions or are unable to create your AI to ROI Sprints, please contact me.

Upon enrollment, you will be emailed login information to our online learning management system.

In the week prior to the first workshop session, you will receive pre-work. The pre-work will have:

• Links to free AI courses from multiple AI vendors.
• Instructions for setting up security, training, and memory in your AI model. This will ensure your AI model does not share your confidential data with the LLM and it enables your AI to learn about you and your business from session to session.
• Instructions on how to train your AI to write with voice and tone that are close to your own.

Basic computer skills are all you need. If you use a word processor or email, you have the tech skills needed for AI. Our course guides you from AI fundamentals to robust prompt engineering so you can significantly increase your professional productivity and gain Gen AI skills you can pass on to your clients.

Most employers recognize the value of learning AI and continuous learning.

Discuss with your manager or HR department whether they will reimburse you for workshop fees.

We will supply proof of enrollment and a certificate of completion.

The AI Workshops and Professional courses are structured for 6 to 8 weeks of online material, offline implementation, and live weekly meetings.  

One-on-one consulting, included with some workshops, may be scheduled after the workshop's end date.

Self-learning, asynchronous modules include 20 minutes to one hour of videos. The AI to ROI Sprint takes one to two hours to complete prompts, modifications, and completion of implementation templates on governance, risk, and data management. 

You cannot jump ahead in modules. Each module and its AI to ROI Sprint must be completed before moving forward. 

You are expected to have very basic AI prompting skills, sufficient to create one line to paragraph-sized prompts.

As the workshop proceeds you will learn much more advanced prompting and data access techniques. No coding skills are needed - just clear, concise writing. 

As part of the course pre-work you will receive a list of links to free workshops on different AI models and skills. These are optional. You will learn what you need during the workshop.
