How Hybrid Workshops Work

Hybrid Workshops

Hybrid workshops combine live discussions and sessions with the instructor and other members with homework that duplicates real-world problems. The hybrid workshop model is used to train executives and professionals in most universities such as MIT, Stanford, and Harvard. The use of "real-world" homework has proven to 2X student retention and post-workshop usage.

Small Cohorts

Each workshop cohort is intentionally kept small to allow discussion, implementation guidance, and personalized feedback.

Company Teams

Companies are encouraged to enroll small teams from the same functional unit or department so participants can collaborate on shared workflows and operational improvements. Public workshops have no more than 3 company teams of 2 to 10 people.

Live Weekly Sessions

Workshops typically include one live session for 1.5 hours per week. The live session covers homework issues, new concepts, implementation exercises, and demonstrations.

Applied Homework

Each week, participants apply the week's lessons to the current AI-to-ROI Sprint. These sprints build working AI systems and an implementation framework. At the end of the workshop, sprints are integrated into full beginning-to-end workflows.

Asynchronous Support

Participants receive support during live weekly 1.5-hour sessions and after hours with email and Loom videos. 

Private Company Team Consulting

Company teams receive two consulting sessions as part of the workshop. One is mid-workshop to ensure the team is on track. The second consultation is after the workshop to help you with development or implementation issues and planning.

  • Workshops share non-confidential information during live weekly sessions
  • All live weekly sessions are recorded for participants to review later

Consulting and Support (Included)

Live Consulting

  • Each company team receives two (2) private consulting sessions. One session is mid-workshop; the second follows the workshop. (These consulting sessions are confidential and are not recorded.)

Asynchronous Support

  • Support is given outside the workshop via Loom (email-video combination)
