AI to ROI: What are
AI Implementation Workshops?

Impact Your Business Objectives
AI to ROI Workshops:
AI Implementation with Strategic Impact
MIT research has shown 95% of AI initiatives fail to make a strategic impact.
The successful 5% use a well-defined AI implementation framework that ensures the correct AI workflows are selected, optimized, implemented, and managed - the key cause of AI initiative failure.
CTS implementation workshops guide your teams in selecting, building, and managing real-world AI workflows that improve your strategic performance. Our hybrid workshops use the same methods as professional courses at Harvard, MIT, and Stanford: real-world problems, hybrid work assignments, live weekly sessions, and one-on-one consulting.
…I don't ever recommend training, but this is a rare exception.
Of the dozens of trainings I have been involved with over the last twenty years, this is hands down the best business training I have attended at any price point, highly recommended.

Why Hybrid Workshops are Better than Courses
Most AI courses focus on tools, prompts, or isolated productivity tricks. They don't relate to people's real work and a lot is quickly forgotten.
CTS workshops guide department and functional teams in implementing end-to-end workflows that impact strategic objectives. These are real work Sprints, on real AI systems, using an implementation structure that includes: workflow selection, AI pilot selection, metrics, data management, and risk and governance.
MIT's research shows only 5% of AI initiatives are driving measurable strategic improvements. We've researched what the winners do.
AI Implementation Workshops include
the framework and guidance to make
your department and team one of the 5% who are AI winners.
What Makes these Workshops Different
Decades of research show that hands-on workshops using real business problems achieve 2X the retention of passive training classes.
Major universities, such as MIT and Stanford, now use hybrid workshops for professional courses. (Hybrid courses combine class lectures and discussions with real-world homework.)
Most AI courses:
- Teach tools and techniques, not business improvement
- Use generic models not business systems for professionals
- Focus on features, not business improvement
- Ignore how professionals actually work
AI Implementation Sprint Workshops™ impact your business:
- Built specifically for marketing professional services: consultants, agencies, financial advisors, accountants, legal firms, engineers, and more
- Align with strategic objectives and optimize for AI search engines
- Reinforce learning with videos, playbooks, AI Mega-Prompt Library, workflow diagrams, metrics, templates …
- Developed by a consultant with 30+ years of experience in strategy and digital marketing
This workshop is for marketing execution and measurable business impact - not conceptual or keystroke AI training.
Why Hybrid Workshops are Better
Hybrid Workshops
Hybrid workshops combine real workflow implementation Sprints with weekly live group sessions and one-on-one consulting.
Hybrid workshops are used to train executives and professionals in most top universities such as MIT, Stanford, and Harvard. The use of "real-world" homework has proven to 2X student retention and post-workshop usage.
Small Cohorts
Each workshop cohort is intentionally kept small to allow discussion, implementation guidance, and personalized feedback.
Company Teams
Companies are encouraged to enroll small teams from the same department or functional unit so participants can collaborate on shared workflows and implementation Sprints. Public workshops have no more than 3 company teams of 2 to 5 people.
Real Business Projects
Most department or team workshops use one of the most important strategic workflows for that domain. For example, marketing teams use a strategic workflow that begins with client research and campaign strategy, implements a content generator for multiple media channels, and ends with events and a campaign calendar.
Although there is a common workflow for a cohort of teams from different companies, each team makes its own customizations to fit its services, clients, and offerings.
Complete strategic workflows like this are divided into two-week AI-to-ROI Sprints. All the Sprints are then integrated in the final session.
Live Weekly Sessions
Workshops include live session of 1.5 hours per week. The live session is recorded and covers homework assignments, questions, concepts, implementation exercises, and demonstrations.
Applied Homework
Each week, participants apply the week's lessons to the current AI-to-ROI Sprint. These Sprints build working AI systems and an implementation framework. At the end of the workshop, AI-to-ROI Sprints are integrated into complete beginning-to-end workflows.
Asynchronous Support
Participants receive support during live weekly 1.5-hour sessions and asych support from 07:00 (7 am Pacific) to 17:00 (5 pm Pacific) via email or Loom videos.
Confidential 1:1 Team Consulting
Individuals and teams (2 to 5 people from the same firm) receive one-on-one consulting sessions as part of their workshop. These are private and confidential. Team workshops include one Sprint at mid-workshop to ensure the team is on track. The team's second consultation is after the workshop to help with development or implementation issues and planning. Individuals receive one or two consultations depending on the workshop.
How are Workshops Structured?
AI to ROI Workshops are online hybrid workshops. Hybrid workshops are used for most professional business and technical training by Stanford, MIT, Harvard, and other top universities.
